At Rain City, Andrew oversees business development and strategic alliances with our customers and real estate partners. With Andrew comes over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. His extensive knowledge of this market and its unique challenges ensures best-in-class service and results for our clients. Prior to joining Rain City, Andrew was the Vice President of Leasing for a large, national developer, where he was in charge of leasing and maintaining nearly half of their Canadian, commercial portfolio which consisted of approximately 9 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space. Before that Andrew was a successful office leasing broker with over 14 years of negotiating experience. As a broker, Andrew built a solid reputation for providing his clients with the highest level of service.
