Particularly focussed on the Industrial, Logistics and Office sectors. Negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals Acting in the capacity of expert witness in providing evidence to Courts and Arbitrators undertaking rental valuations of commercial property for rent review purposes Negotiating terms for new leases and restructuring of leases for asset management purposes. Undertaking Valuations for Section 18(1) Landlord & Tenant Act 1927 and preparing expert reports. Andrew has extensive experience of expert witness work having represented parties at court, arbitration and oral hearings on dilapidations, rent reviews and lease renewals In addition Andrew is an active member of the Valuation team undertaking valuations in all areas including, loan security, stock exchange, accounts, portfolio and section 18.
