About Andrew Lederer

I believe careers and organizations grow stronger when people are given the tools, trust, and encouragement to succeed. That has been my purpose as a nonprofit executive director: helping community banks and credit unions develop their people through affordable education and career paths that actually make sense in the real world. Throughout my career I have had the privilege of working alongside incredible teams, mentors, and partners. Together we have: • Saved organizations millions through smarter workflows and resource optimization • Designed training that builds confidence and careers rather than just checking a box • Earned recognition from leaders such as Celent, Fiserv, and GuideStar (Candid) which proves small nonprofits can have big impact I lead with servant leadership because bossy does not work for long. For me, leadership is about lifting others, creating opportunities, and celebrating the wins both big and small that move people and organizations forward. At the heart of it all I love learning, serving, and creating space where people can thrive. When people rise, so does the organization. And when an organization rises, the whole community benefits.
