About Andrew Leslie

During my 10 years in business, I have experience in roles such as Campus Representative, Sales Merchandiser, Operations Analyst, Accounting Analyst, Fleet Relations Coordinator, HR Business Partner, Account Manager, and Regional Sales Manager. I'm currently the Sales & Marketing Manager for the Fundy Harbour Group and have obtained an MBA from the University of Bath.Throughout my career, I have developed a passion for marketing, branding, consulting, sales, and continuous learning. When working with me, you will find that I'm a curious and reflective leader that thrives in, and creates, a collaborative environment while being mindful of the context of the organization and situations of the team. In addition to this, I extend that collective engagement to a broader external context to create value for customers, suppliers, and the community that I work in.My fundamental beliefs are helping people realize their potential, engaging with stakeholders across an organization to create value, and find better ways of working to improve the lives of everyone that I come into contact with.
