I started my career in Corporate Recovery as a Chartered Accountant, where my passion for operations management, analysing and transforming business performance across many industries commenced. My obsession with performance improvement has led to many opportunities in a diverse range of roles and industries, including: • CFO of Gold Coast Airport • CEO of Ansett Engineering during its administration • Over a 17 year period with Virgin Blue / Virgin Australia, I led many Operations and Technology divisions, always with a strong focus on efficient business systems and processes, and exceptional customer experience • CFO of a global architectural door and screen manufacturer • CEO of a national furniture retailer to drive a transformational change agenda I am very excited to be back in the thick of network operations and maintenance planning in a different industry, for my new chapter at Urban Utilities - an essential service provider delivering exceptional public health and liveability outcomes for the 1.4 million residents within our SEQ service territory.
