About Andrew Ling

With two decades of experience as a marketing professional, I have the privilege of building my career across a variety of industries including professionals services, automotive, retail, technology, medical, and publishing. I love making new connections! The common thread has run throughout my career has been my love of technology, strategic thinking, storytelling, and creative design. Why? Because this thread has helped to foster better connections, which in turn has helped me to continuously grow as a marketer. In order to excel as a marketing professional, I also believe that one has to truly be passionate about the company he or she works for, whilst having some fun doing the job! After all, we are only on this planet for 80-100 years. In proportion to the earth's age of around 4.5 billion years, our existence is a mere blip. Therefore we might as well do something we enjoy and love. My current job is as a Senior Marketing Manager for MNP, one of Canada's leading accounting and business consulting firms. Our firm is the second largest in B.C, and the fifth largest in Canada. At MNP, I work with over 100 partners provincially, in alignment with our national marketing teams and our national niche leaders partners. I help to position our firm, our people, and our services with our clients and referral sources. Before MNP, I was the Senior Marketing Manager at OpenRoad Auto Group, the largest automotive group in British Columbia with over $2 billion dollars in annual revenue. With over 20 locations representing 23 automotive brands in Canada and the USA, as head of the marketing department, I had the privilege of leading a team to market world-class brands including Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, McLaren, Bentley, Porsche, BMW, Toyota, Honda, Lexus, and many more that are under the OpenRoad Auto Group umbrella.
