Background
About Andrew Lints
Anyone who knows me will tell you that I am an outside-the-box thinker, problem solver, and people-first team builder. Being part of a team that works to create something that makes a difference is the fire that drives me forward each day. My background is a mosaic of diverse experiences that I bring to every project that I oversee from idea to launch. Growing up in a small farming community instilled values that I pride myself in showing to others such as hard work, being humble, leading by example, and helping others. My insatiable curiosity for exploration and discovery brought me into the field of Archaeology, where I learned about new cultures, discovered forgotten stories from the past, developed new analytical techniques to make significant contributions to the field of archaeology, and travelled North America in search of data to tell new stories. During this part of my journey, I spent considerable time engaging with local communities and teaching youths to adults numerous in-person and online classes. The values that I earned through my rural roots helped me to ensure that each relationship that I built was on a foundation of inclusivity, diversity, and equal representation. All of these experiences brought me to where I am today working with online content creation. My need for exploration and discovery, creativity, everlasting optimism, and people-first relationship building has allowed me to help others achieve their online content creation needs across the world. Making use of artificial intelligence as a tool to help others, creating content that is memorable and unique, and making education fun and engaging is how we build a better society. The answers to making the world a better place are found in online content creation and this is incredibly exciting! From first building relationships in a small farming community of 800 people to building relationships with others across Canada, the United States, Venezuela, South Africa, and Australia, I cannot wait to see where my journey takes me next.
