Andrew Logan is a founder of Teramax, a compostable mulch film company, based in Australia. He has worked with Sparklabs Cultiv8 as a cohort mentor since its inception on commercialising early stage tech companies; venture capital funding; mergers and acquisitions; and corporate commercial partnerships. Andrew has previously been Head of AU/NZ for Conservis, a farm software company owned by Rabobank; and was also CEO of OneCrop, a Twynam company which made biodegradable mulch films for row crops. Prior to this, Andrew was Head of Strategy for KPMG High Growth Ventures, where he specialised in agtech and fintech and helped commercialise several startups both through KPMG and as a mentor in the CSIRO On program. Andrew is also a vastly experienced pitch strategist and has over 20 years experience as an adviser to Australia's top tier investment banks, law firms and professional services firms on major bids, including Goldman Sachs on T2 (the second Telstra IPO), Deutsche Bank on the Medibank IPO, and King & Wood Mallesons on sale of Cubbie Station to Shandong Ruyi. Andrew has a lifelong involvement with rugby as a player, coach and writer, having published hundreds of columns for The Roar, Inside Rugby magazine and appearing on Sportsline and ABC The Drum.
