I am a service-oriented leader, focused on values, character, and integrity, with ten plus years of experience in leadership, management, and team building. I have complimented my leadership experience with an analytical, financial, and operations based business education from Yale. I am passionate about service, values and being part of something greater than myself, dedicated to the betterment of our society. I am seeking knowledge and opportunities to make a large impact on socially driven businesses. I am a decorated high potential leader with the proven track record of driving results and influencing across organizational departments. Extensive operational, performance, and goal achievement as a team leader, project and program manager in over ten years in The United States Marine Corps with five overseas assignments and one combat tour of duty in Iraq as a member of a Scout Sniper Platoon. Recipient of Certificate of Commendation for actions during combat deployment. Experience in strategy, planning, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with international entities, including foreign militaries of Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Israel, Morocco, Iraq, Kuwait, Georgia, and Japan. Led organizational restructuring, training, and operations for units from 30 to over 80 people. Planned, supervised, and executed process improvement efforts that have had a substantial impact on efficiencies and effectiveness of equally sized organizations.
