About Andrew Longmate

Strategic and performance-driven Operations and Sales Manager with over two decades of leadership experience in the customer service industry. I specialize in building and scaling high-impact teams, optimizing operations, and driving revenue growth through data-informed strategy and operational discipline. My career is defined by consistent top-tier performance across national sales, B2B relationship management, and enterprise marketing. I’ve led transformative initiatives, including the development and enterprise integration of pilot programs, and played a key role in evolving organizational structures to support long-term growth. I’ve also directed complex, high-stakes government projects in coordination with the Department of Defense, FEMA, and national disaster response teams—most notably overseeing logistics for the initial deployment, storage, and distribution of the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines. I bring a proven ability to align vision with execution, empower cross-functional teams, and deliver operational outcomes that scale. I thrive in mission-critical environments where precision, leadership, and strategic foresight are essential.
