Throughout my career, I have been involved in logistics, warehousing and procurement transformation aimed at spurring innovation, maximizing productivity, and optimizing cost effective means. This has been both as an internal resource and external consultant, in the private and public sectors, across diverse industry verticals, with a global and regional/local scope, and delivered in key business geographies such as the United States, Africa, and the Middle East regions. Specifically, I bring on board expertise in the domain areas of organization development and management, inventory and warehousing, and smart procurement solutions. This includes developing and implementing solutions in strategy, organization design and effectiveness, talent development in the supply chain docket, leadership and culture, and operations effectiveness, and lately, leading organizations towards ISO certification of their choice. My experience spans across various industry verticals such as distribution Centers (DCs), FMCG, Manufacturing plants, telecommunications, and the government.
