With over 20 years of military service, including 15 years in Special Operations, I have developed a diverse skill set that spans leadership, teamwork, innovation, creativity, business development, operations management, and conflict resolution. Throughout my career, I have honed my ability to manage time and talent effectively while driving motivation and success in all endeavors. I have earned an Associate's in General Studies, a Bachelor's in Management, and a Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management. I am currently working towards earning my PMP certification from PMI. I place great value on building authentic relationships grounded in transparency, which fosters trust and meaningful connections. When making decisions, I take a logical and objective approach, carefully analyzing all relevant information while maintaining the agility to act decisively. My independence, combined with a relentless drive for excellence, ensures I produce high-impact results, particularly on projects that resonate with me.
