About Andrew MacQueen

Andrew established himself at one of Australia's largest Real Estate companies and became a specialist within the industrial market for Victoria. After 10 years it became apparent that Andrews drive to complete deals was also matched with his desire to create a brand and business where he could offer a more tailored service to his clients. In December 2012, Andrew founded Industry Property Group and the next chapter was opened. The business focused solely on the Industrial market and 12 months later Andrews’ younger brother Stuart joined the group. IPG has been operating for 12 years and along with adding further staff and a property management department the business was continuing to look for growth opportunities. In early 2024, Andrew and the IPG team were in Sydney and met with Daniel O’Brien and the team at X Commercial. The two groups quickly realised that they had far more in common and a business merger shaped up as the best way forwards for both groups. X Commercial is now able to leverage from a multi office operation to service clients at a National level with specialists in Industrial, Commercial, Retail and Property Management sectors.
