I am currently an Information Technology Coordinator for Medstar Mobile Healthcare. My roles include: Tech support for all campuses including software, hardware, all audio/video and networking for all departments on site, including dispatch. I've assisted in two significant upgrades to hardware and multiple software upgrades for dispatch, including the implementation and support for: • Logis IDS/LMA Integrations • Rescuenet Billing Componets • Priority Dispatch Software • Motorola Radios • Imagetrend • Integration Servers • Phone Integration Through Vesta911 • Call Support and Monitoring through Nice Inform Systems • Security and Access Control Servers, Hardware and Software (DNA Fusion) I've managed two upgrades to the entire field network and hardware infrastructure including: • New Mobile Device Management Implementation with iOS and Android through Airwatch • Configuring and installing mobile gateways starting with Atlas Labs and moving eventually to Sierra MP70’s • Installing and managing Android mobile devices and constant charging cradles for use with routing • Working side by side with ATT/Firstnet to maintain constant network priority with static IP’s and a custom APN for EPCR security • Constant software and hardware support of all mobile devices, including Ipads and Surface Pro’s for patient charting and records
