About Andrew Marshall

As a Junior at UNO pursuing a major in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, I bring a strong work ethic and diverse range of experiences to the table. My work history started in middle school as a detasseler, pollinator, and roguer in the cornfields during the summers. From there, I went on to work as a dietary aide at nursing homes, honing my interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure. In early 2022, I transitioned to a delivery driver position at Jimmy John's, where I have further developed my time management and customer service skills. My work experiences have instilled in me the values of perseverance and determination, and helped me turn into a hard-working individual. They have also allowed me to cultivate leadership skills, as I have frequently taken on responsibilities such as the training of new employees and the managing of tasks independently. As I continue to pursue my degree and explore career opportunities, I look forward to utilizing these skills to make a positive impact on the organizations I work with.
