An intrinsic part of my career history involves working both with dealers and OEM'S, managing international distributor networks, identifying and developing new business opportunities in the aftermarket in the Construction, Automotive, Agricultural and Commercial Vehicle equipment sectors, including market and pricing research, supplier negotiation, technical appraisal, product training and successful launch and ongoing sales growth. A very personable team leader with the vision to identify areas of change and improvement and make them happen, an enthusiastic and determined communicator, accomplished in working within a diverse customer base, and successfully developing eclectic multi-cultural cross functional teams.
