He is a coach with the Institute for Strategic Leadership, a consultant with PEPworldwide, an Asia-Pacific leader in productivity improvement programs and services. He is an accredited workshop leader for Shifting Gears, the flagship program for The Creative Learning Network - an organisation committed to helping people, and organisations through people, to grow. He is a member of the Facilitation Collective for Essentially Men, delivering personal development workshop for men. Andrew provides tailored solutions for organisations and individuals through workshop design, facilitation services, leadership and management training.
