About Andrew McMillin

With over 15 years of leadership and project management experience, I’ve navigated complex cross-functional environments, driving successful outcomes. My journey has led me managing projects for the US Army as both Enlisted and as an Officer, Wells Fargo, and Principal Financial Group. My professional path has been shaped by a commitment to identifying and implementing continuous process improvements, reducing costs, and streamlining business operations. I’ve been recognized as an effective communicator, adept at coordinating operations, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project deliverables while maintaining accountability of significant assets and equipment. Today, I’m leading the charge as the CEO and Co-Founder of Forge Core, where we’re pioneering Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) solutions to enhance autonomous mobility and advanced driver assistance systems. With a relentless focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement, I’m passionate about driving innovation and fostering cross-functional team integration to create safer, more efficient roadways.
