That often means stepping back to understand the full process, identifying where effort is being wasted, and redesigning it in a way that’s simpler and more effective.A big part of that approach is leveraging automation to handle the heavy lifting with data. We create tools, macros, and reporting frameworks to improve visibility and surface the insights that actually matter so our team can focus on execution instead of chasing information.As a leader, I prioritize clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
