Andrew Michael Minshull BSc (hons), Pg Dip in Health Education Profile: Former Parachute Regiment Soldier, Special Forces Support Group Paramedic, Registered Nurse, Registered Teacher with the Nursing Midwifery Council. A highly motivated, well-disciplined and organised individual with high standards. Many of these attributes were enhanced during my military service. Having seen active service in Iraq and Afghanistan I have acquired the skills to work comfortably in challenging, high-pressure environments with minimal resources and significant time constraints. I consider my ability to, problem solve, improvise, adapt and overcome as some of my strongest attributes. Over the past 17 years I have been involved in the delivery of healthcare within various settings from, remote, austere locations to UK hospitals. However, I have a relentless passion for helping individuals to develop through training, education, coaching and pastoral support. I have a vast amount of experience in training and education and wish to pursue this avenue further in the next stage of my career.
