About Andrew Minto

A love of building, design and better homes led to founding Landhaven in 2015. Capitalising on the success of an award-winning architecture practice and experience as a Building Inspector at North Somerset Council for eight years, I saw the opportunity to bring a new, considered, approach to creating beautiful homes built well for a lifetime and beyond. The only way to do this was to have complete control of the design and build process, so Landhaven was born. Landhaven is built on the principles of outstanding quality, reliability, honesty, and empathy for our clients, all combined with a large dash of joy. Based in the South West, we seek development opportunities in and around Bristol, from North Somerset to South Gloucestershire. We work with private clients to help you maximise the potential of land or property you own. And build homes that feel special based on strong-design principles and quality craftsmanship, alongside unwavering respect for the environment and local community. My unique experience and insight ensures I can manage everything from start to finish. From first concepts and applying for planning permission through to funding and construction, and eventual sale or rental, I manage the whole process to ensure the project completes successfully.
