About Andrew Moffitt

Prior to joining Mountain West Commercial in 2011, Andy was a member of one of the top three investment and leasing brokerage teams at Coldwell Banker Commercial in Salt Lake City. In his role at Mountain West Commercial, Andy’s primary focus is on site selection and strategic rollouts for regional and national credit tenants. Since 2007, Andy has completed hundreds of transactions for his clients occupying well over one million square feet. A partial list of past and current clients includes Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage, Murphy Oil Company, Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, BGR – Burger’s Grilled Right, Pizzeria Limone, Lifetime Products, La Barba Coffee, Gourmandise The Bakery, Valvoline Oil Company, Cash Store, Nekter Juice Bar, Trolley Wing Company, Sola Salon, and many more. In addition to tenant representation services, Andy has worked with many local, regional, and national Landlord’s and Developers including Vestar Development Co, Sperry Commercial, Boyer Company, and Parkside Investment. Andy was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2012 and he consistently ranks as a top producing broker at Mountain West Commercial. He graduated from the University of Utah in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance. When he’s not working, Andy most enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. Andy also enjoys skiing, hiking, traveling and exploring Southern Utah, and golfing!
