I am an IT Process Management professional specializing in process creation and improvement in order to deliver efficiencies, value add, and customer approval. My primary strengths include organization, leadership, flexibility, and effective communication, and I am strongly vested in the power of inclusive teamwork. I have benefited from these skills in the varied roles I have fulfilled during my career. I have developed and overseen process management programs, and successfully led teams through project initiatives and process improvement journeys, to improve service delivery, mitigate risk, and bring work cohesion. I’ve performed Vendor Governance Management for critical vendor partners, and managed teams involved with all aspects of ITSM, meeting robust service goals with high customer satisfaction. I believe that strong processes combined with motivated people are the backbone to the success of any organization.
