About Andrew Morrow

With over 32 years of police experience in various leading and management positions, I have developed exceptional leadership, organisational, and intellectual capabilities. I have an exemplary record of service delivery in the most sensitive and high-pressure environments, such as the security of royal palaces, the investigation of gangs and crimes, and the operational planning of major events and incidents. I have now started a new journey, having relocated to the Southwest and pursuing my passions and interests in different fields. I split my time between three roles: a Beach Ranger at a popular surfing beach in Cornwall, where I support the community and the environment; a Projects and Actions Manager at Trading Standards South West, where I oversee the implementation and evaluation of regional initiatives and programmes; and a Senior Rep at Finders International Probate Genealogists, where I liaise with clients and stakeholders and provide expert advice and assistance. In each of these roles, I consistently demonstrate commitment, integrity, professionalism, and accountability, and strive to deliver service excellence and positive outcomes.
