About Andrew Mortimer
Andrew specialises in large scale masterplanning, design stage and bid proposals, coordinating the design team as they progress through bid stages and onto planning applications. He has led a number of large scale planning applications including preparation of Visual Impact Assessments and coordination of EIAs, leading and coordinating the design team. He has extensive experience of working with Local Authorities and GLA, amongst other stakeholders, to deliver large scale regeneration projects, including tall buildings of the highest quality design. He has also been responsible for the delivery stages taking schemes into working drawings and construction stage. Andrew is RMA Architects point of contact for the RIBA and maintains the Chartered Practice Membership. Andrew is also the practice lead in our partnership with the University Of Sheffield School Of Architecture with whom we provide “Collaborative Practice” a postgraduate course blending continued practice based experience with academic research and learning.
