This leadership style has enabled me to successfully create a 'Culture of Quality' through coaching and mentoring which has helped bridge the gap between Quality and Operations. My passion for ensuring product quality and safety has led me to specialise in the Cannabis industry, where strict regulations and compliance requirements are crucial. Through my work, I've become skilled in developing and validating a host of analytical test methods, conducting laboratory tests, and managing teams to ensure high-quality products. My experience in EU-GMP and GMP facilities has given me a unique perspective on Quality Control, as I've seen firsthand the importance of adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices.
