I am a trusted finance professional to leaders in both commerce and the accounting profession with more than 20 years experience across a diverse range of businesses. I have forged a career out of being a trustworthy, competent and steady accounting and tax resource for CFOs and business owners alike. I have been a Chartered Accountant since 2004. I am a registered Tax Agent and a Justice of the Peace in NSW. I have broad experiences including financial and management accounting responsibilities for listed companies in both Australia and the UK, board reporting and project management. I also provide tax advice to a range of Australian small businesses and individuals. Over the course of my career, I have specialised in boutique project work such as M&A, divestments, business integrations, legacy issues and dispute resolution. Such work requires strong accounting and tax knowledge, complex problem-solving skills, people management and sound judgement. I am routinely entrusted by Board Directors and SME owners to deliver favourable outcomes to complex problems. I place a strong emphasis on getting things done right the first time and enjoy leading small teams in achieving extraordinary results. Away from work, I enjoy spending time with my young family, exercising and trying to catch the odd fish or two.
