I am an enthusiastic and highly motivated Product and Account Management professional, with over 23 years experience across the two disciplines. I developed solid Product Management skills in roles over the past 10 years, through the delivery of complex web solutions, managing integrations with 3rd party APIs and inbound data feeds, product discovery and backlog management. This is then underpinned by a strong Account Management skill set, having honed my ability to develop and foster long-term client relationships, lead teams, drive account profitability, incremental revenue and renewals. My knowledge has been gathered across a wide range of industry sectors, including Automotive, Financial Services, Leisure, Business Services and Manufacturing. This has been acquired across Print Media, Integrated Marketing Agencies, Loyalty/Engagement and Customer Experience fields. I consider myself a kind, empathetic and approachable team player, who can adapt to any environment or audience. My key attributes are excellent communication, organisational and inter-personal skills, adaptability and self-motivation, coupled with a desire to learn, evolve and to excel.
