About Andrew Persaud

For as long as I can remember, I have been innately drawn to connecting with others. The fascination of learning, sharing and celebrating the similarities and differences amongst people is nearly indescribable for me. This passion oriented my post-secondary education, where I studied Communication, and some of its most prevalent in-person applications, on a much deeper level. Building from my degree, I put knowledge to practice as a marketer in the workforce. As I honed my skills and gained experience, I noticed the rapidly growing importance of digital channels. Similar to in-person communication, how you communicate is just as important as the meaning you are trying to create. In March of 2020, this observation reached an apex as the world globally took note of how essential the digital experience is to business. I began learning web development to broaden my skill set, but quickly recognized what this growing passion actually was - building experiences to connect people digitally. I am currently building rich digital experiences as a Full Stack Developer and utilizing my communicative skillset as a Scrum Master.
