About Andrew Pierce

As a Partner in Bain & Company's Customer and Marketing Strategy Practice, I help clients accelerate growth by focusing on being more customer-led and digitally-centric. I have 30+ years experience in brand, marketing and growth strategy across a variety of industries, including Tech, Media, Telco and Entertainment, Financial Services, and Retail. Prior to joining Bain & Company, I was the President of Prophet, a growth and digital transformation consultancy. As a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee, I oversaw double digit revenue growth and global expansion over 15 years. Before Prophet, I was a Senior Partner at Lippincott and a Director at Oliver Wyman (formerly Mercer Management Consulting), where I led the development and integration of brand and marketing capabilities across the organization. Prior to that, I worked as an account supervisor at Digitas. I serve as Vice Chair on the Board of Family Promise, a not for profit focused on preventing homelessness.
