An accomplished business unit manager, with extensive Project/Programme management experience encompassing major business transformation across a range of sectors including Government, Finance, Utilities, Gaming, Legal and Identity Management. Proven record of success in using Agile methodologies to deliver programmes of up to £12m in value with full P&L ownership. Early career includes various Project Delivery roles for the Criminal Records Bureau (Home Office), IT Project Manager at Steria, Business Transformation Programme Manager at United Utilities, and Programme Director & Programme Manager at Sopra Steria. Joined Nimble Approach as Lead Programme Manager Consultant in 2021, becoming Head of Manchester Division shortly thereafter. Currently Head of Public Sector and Utilities at Nimble Approach since January 2023, holding full ownership of P&L and growth targets for the division. The role encompasses managing a team of 35 personnel, managing all bids and playing an instrumental role in bidding for jobs and winning new business.
