Highly skilled Project Manager, born in New Zealand and raised in South Africa. Following my parents' love for travel, I've experienced diverse cultures worldwide before settling in the UK in 2010. Drawing from the invaluable experience gained in South Africa, I honed my skills further at PBP Services, a prominent maintenance company in London. This early exposure laid the foundation for my passion for ensuring operational excellence and meticulous attention to detail in every project. Becoming a part of Live-in Guardians was a turning point in my quest for excellence. I currently lead a diverse team of skilled professionals in trades ranging from electricians, plumbers, carpenters, maintenance operatives to contractors and much more. I oversee the transformation of vacant properties into short-term accommodations, ensuring strict compliance with safety standards and legal regulations. I take pride in having grown my team from 1 to 15 operatives and having secured NICEIC, BAFE, and Safe Contractor accreditations for Live in Guardians. My goal is to set standards that exceed those of our competitors in property management sector.
