I have a wealth of experience managing accounts, growing business, generating top line results, and developing my workforce. I have developed professional skills in retail, merchandising, financial literacy, profit and loss, management, human resources, operations, sales, and many other areas. I have successfully developed and nurtured positive culture within all of my assignments through adherence to standards, increased accountability, and employee appreciation and development. I received my Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Tiffin University in July 2017. I have recently changed my career path and I could not be happier! I have now relocated five times to areas that I had no familiarity with and have been able to remain successful by developing relationships. Working with hundreds of co-workers and thousands of customers has taught me the adaptability necessary to thrive anywhere. I look to continue my professional development and to be a great asset to my employers and employees for many years to come.
