In business, this ability rests on a keen understanding of our industry & market paired with the flexibility to strategically pivot when necessary. As an Operations & Project Manager within a small advisory firm, I'm involved in several key business functions. I manage projects to deliver dozens of market research projects providing valuable insights informing business and marketing strategies. I've also been involved in running the day-to-day customer support function for clients in several different sectors, from iGaming to telecommunications, safety & security, and oil & gas. Internally, I build and run Digital Marketing Strategies with our team focusing on PPC, SEO, Content Marketing and Social Media Marketing, and handled Business Development & Sales, initiatives to help build a flourishing business community. When I'm not keeping busy at work I'm usually either busy learning more about areas that interest me such as psychology, self-development, creativity & innovation, technology, and a fair dose of philosophy.
