About Andrew Quesnelle

Good employee relations practices drive employee engagement and great cultures, and those things in turn help prevent litigation, investigations, and labor organization risks. I have a unique background which includes leading multi-national labor and employee relations functions for two Fortune 500 companies in the medical device and retail industries, leading an in-house labor and employment function, and litigating numerous cases as an employment litigator in private legal practice. My passion is helping employers develop employment practices and policies which allow their workforces to thrive while eliminating legal and compliance risk. As leader of the global labor and employee relations function at Foot Locker, I leverage innovative and strategic labor and employee relations practices to improve the employee experience, establish consistency and predictability for our HR function, and create a working environment where all team members can thrive and contribute to Foot Locker's growth and success. I am passionate about developing effective HR policies and practices, establishing internal investigation practices that make reporters feel valued and taken seriously and offer fairness to everyone involved in each matter, and implementing best practices in employee accommodations, leaves of absence, performance improvement, employee discipline, HR training, and workforce restructuring. I believe completely that proactive labor and employee relations practices are a direct contributor to a company's business success.
