About Andrew Quinan

I have worked in supply chain for Target for 13 years in online fulfillment, store replenishment, and currently a first of its kind return center. In those years I have been a part of many process changes, including helping to improve processes and help to develop and improve the Quality team as it was rolled out network wide while in store replenishment. I currently manage the outbound department as an operations manager in Target's first Return Center. I am utilizing my past experiences and job knowledge to problem solve in a startup environment. I regularly lead projects for process improvement and implement new ones to improve safety, quality, and production. I use data collection and analysis to show leaders the challenges seen, and how my changes will improve the process in question. Most of this is outside of my regular duties, and often includes collaboration with Headquarters, other leaders, stake holders, peers, and connections made with team members from other facilities. When I don't have the answers, I know who to reach out to for an answer, or yet another connection for that answer. I work closely with the team members in my department and problem solve when they have issues. I have helped develop peers into leadership roles in a regular basis because continuous development is important to me. I am well versed in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Premier Pro and video production. I have also recently started learning SQL and Python to improve my analytic skills.
