Keys Skills & Responsibilities: • Dealing with front line support queries direction with Trading clients. • Providing resolution to queries with Training on the relevant trading software packages. • Using, Iress Pro, IOS+ OMS, EMS Iress Trader and EMD dealing with installation and setup queries. • Using, software including and not limited to; Jira, Atlassian and Confluence, DataDog, to retrieve and troubleshoot FIX messaging and mappings. • Creating Knowledge based documents to assist with future support queries. In my current role as a senior trading support analyst, I provide technical and functional assistance to clients who use Iress's trading platforms and tools. I troubleshoot issues, resolve queries, and escalate complex cases as needed. I also conduct face-to-face and online training sessions for new and existing users, covering topics such as market data, order routing and compliance. I leverage my skills in private banking and investment management to tailor the training to the specific needs and goals of each client.
