I am a motivated and hands-on professional with experience in both manufacturing and customer service environments, currently building a strong foundation in construction management. At 3M’s Valley, Nebraska plant, I serve as a Temporary Production Associate (899), supporting daily manufacturing operations by maintaining product quality, equipment efficiency, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. Previously, I worked part-time as a Sales Associate at Ace Hardware, where I gained valuable experience in customer service, product knowledge, and problem-solving while helping customers find effective solutions for home and construction projects. I am currently completing my Associate’s Degree in Construction Management at Metropolitan Community College and will be continuing my education toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. These studies have deepened my understanding of project planning, site safety, and construction processes — skills I look forward to applying in a professional field setting. I also hold an OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification, reinforcing my dedication to maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards in every project and workplace environment.
