I am a senior Finance Operations and HR Operations professional with 25 years experience in various FP & A, Commercial, finance operations and HR operations management roles. Making the move between G&A functions has really opened up my eyes to the commonality of challenges in each vertical and I have no doubt that my finance skills have helped me in running my HR teams and that the HR skills will help me if I ever return to finance. In my current position I lead a fantastic team of supplier managers where we cover a large portfolio of vendors delivering HR services to Google across the hire to retire lifecycle. My passion is in building or fixing operations, building long term capabilities in my team and in always driving a brilliant Experience for our end customers.
