About Andrew Rose

What does it mean to be well? A lot of people seem to think they have the answer to that question, but as much as touches it everyone, it can also be deeply personal (and inter-personal), nuanced, and constantly evolving. Helping people learn about what keeps them sustainably balanced, resilient, and inspired is what gets me going everyday. I'm a meditation and mindfulness geek, but I don't believe it’s a panacea for all our personal and political problems. I’ve been practicing meditation since 2002, having studied mainly in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition before becoming interested in the clinical applications of mindfulness and becoming certified in MBSR. I have been educating clinicians, therapists and the general public about psychedelics and their therapeutic applications since 2017 and continue to see individual clients as a psychedelic integration coach and mindfulness teacher. I also spent formative career years in tech and have leveraged that experience to help a number of organizations in the psychedelics space from a strategic perspective, especially around communications, content, web development and programming. Ultimately I'm interested in really understanding how interconnected our fates are, from the individual, to the family, to communities and the world as a whole, and what we can do to ease suffering without sticking our heads in the sand about just how strange and wonderful and difficult reality is.
