About Andrew Rose

I am the Assistant Director of Operations and Enrollment at Liberty University, where I am primarily responsible for new international and graduate enrollment. In addition to my graduate enrollment responsibilities, I conduct budget management and analysis, as well as enrollment and revenue forecasting. I have overseen the purchasing and procurement process for all expenses related to enrollment. I assist in the development of national recruitment and communication strategies for undergraduate and graduate enrollment. Lastly, I am involved in the coordination and implementation of new systems and processes including CRM development, new event software, and a virtual campus tour. Both undergraduate and graduate enrollment have experienced substantial growth in total population and revenue while I have been involved in a leadership role. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Liberty University and a Master’s Degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness from Virginia Commonwealth University. While not directly applicable to enrollment management, my formal education has helped me to communicate effectively and think analytically. This foundation helps me on a daily basis and has allowed me to make a positive impact on the financial health of the university.
