With over 25 years of experience in the belting industry, I am a product specialist at Intralox, a global leader in innovative conveyance solutions. My core competencies include sales growth, coaching, commercial training and account development. I am passionate about delivering value and quality to our customers, and I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team that shares the same vision and values.As a product specialist, I am responsible for expanding the ThermoDrive market share in North America, working closely with our food commercial teams. I leverage my SPIN and Miller Heiman sales training skills to identify customer needs, present solutions, and close deals. I also develop and maintain relationships with large accounts and OEMs and provide them with technical support and product expertise. Additionally, I coach and train our sales staff on sales strategies, market trends, and how to leverage our strengths to our customers priorities and initiatives. I am proud to have contributed to the growth and success of Intralox and our customers.
