Performed full operational due diligence assessments of prospective managers by leading a meeting between internal and prospective managers operations experts. Developed investment thesis, prepared written investment memos, and presented them to the investment committee. Engaged with outside legal counsel on full legal reviews of commingled fund subscriptions documents, offering memorandums, and preparation of side letters. Led the on-boarding of new managers which included subscription document and side letter execution and submission. Maintained on-going due diligence of current manager lineup through periodic reporting reviews based on quarterly update meetings or on an ad hoc basis if necessary. Engaged in portfolio management by reviewing periodic performance, assessing portfolio exposures & risk and then taking rebalancing action when necessary. I excelled in multiple roles on the operations team ultimately filling a Senior Performance Analyst role for a number of years prior to moving to a front office position on the Alternative Assets team.
