About Andrew Rufo

My company Milky Way Digital has extensive experience launching websites and online brands for entrepreneurs, small businesses, organizations, and corporations. In the past 10 years we have launched over 1500 websites, and opened offices in West Chester, Radnor, Philadelphia, Delaware, New Jersey, and Virginia. 2019 Philadelphia100 award recipient as the #30 fastest growing company in Greater Philadelphia. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science from West Chester University with double Minors in Computer Science and Studio Art. During my time in school I also founded the Entrepreneur Club, and was the webmaster for all 3 media organizations on campus (Newspaper, Radio, TV Station). Having personally been a lifelong entrepreneur and 'idea guy', I specifically chose web design and development as a career choice with the goal of being able to turn ideas into tangible products. Through my work, and after hours building and launching websites, I have developed a unique combination of technical and artistic skillsets; this combination gives me the ingredients to produce high quality websites within my own network and for clients. For the past 10+ years I have had the honor and privilege of being able to help other businesses and entrepreneurs see their ideas and visions come to fruition through my web development and digital marketing.
