Background

About Andrew Seda

I am a graduate from Regenesys Business College who was awarded a Bachelor of Business Administration. Some of the experiences that I gained from Regenesys Business College have equipped me with the required skills to communicate with colleagues and how to resolve conflict within myself and with my colleagues in a professional and ethical manner. I am an individual with the ability to distinguish between my personal needs and professional outlook, in most cases. I believe that I have the ability of self-awareness as well as the knowledge and understanding of my own vision and mission and of the organisation that I work with, which will enable me to achieve a lot more for myself and for my employer. I am a hardworking individual who is open-minded, open to learning and adaptive to different challenges, a team player who is able to work with other people of diverse background towards achieving common goals and objectives. I am an independent-minded who can work under minimum supervision with an ability to work in a multicultural environment and establish harmonious and effective working relationships within an organisation. The experiences I have amassed until this point have equipped me with the skills and knowledge to analyse and utilise analytical frameworks and models to understand, draw conclusions and come up with solutions. I believe your organisation will provide me with a new challenge, where I hope to apply my skills, whilst making tangible contributions to your organisation's vision and long term growth
