He has led end to end business transformation, large-scale commercial organizations, managed a $175M P&L, and played a key role in establishing product relevance in a highly competitive industry. Andy has deep expertise in building and scaling businesses within global organizations and private equity-backed firms. His leadership style is defined by a customer-centric approach, a relentless focus on growth, and a passion for empowering teams to achieve excellence. Andy’s most recent roles have been held at Mercer, where he held key leadership positions, including Partner, U.S. Sales Leader for Mercer Administration and later Partner & Officer, U.S. Business Leader for Mercer Marketplace. Most recently, he served as Chief Commercial and Growth Officer at Aptia, where he was instrumental in establishing a new company, shaping the company’s commercial strategy and establishing its market position. Andy is currently a Partner with ITB Solutions focusing on elevating clients with GTM strategies, Customer Engagement and Value Management solutions. Andy's ability to align product innovation with customer needs has made him a trusted leader in the industry. He is known for driving transformational change, fostering high-performing teams, and delivering sustainable business results. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Alma College where he is also a member of the President's Advisory Council.
