Andrew is a seasoned senior level financial executive, with more than 25 years’ experience within the tech industry. His extensive financial and qualitative background includes finance, accounting, legal, HR, investor relations and business operations. Andrew has been instrumental in the successful sale of companies as well as leading equity and debt financing transactions. Andrew has a proven track record at providing businesses with outstanding transparency into the critical aspects of their businesses and has superior cash management expertise. Andrew is an entrepreneur at heart and approaches every issue, challenge and opportunity with creativity and enthusiasm. Prior to being the CFO at Georgian, Andrew founded Fusion Partners, a fractional finance services firm focused on helping high growth technology business expand globally. Andrew was the CFO and COO at Dyadem International where he was instrumental in the successful sale of the business to IHS Inc. in April, 2011. Andrew started his career at Ernst & Young as a corporate tax manager and held progressively more senior financial roles at SAS Institute Canada Inc, SOLCORP and EDS Canada. Andrew holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Laurentian University and is a CPA, CA of Ontario.
