About Andrew Sheedy

For almost three decades I have worked at the intersection of engineering design, project systems and information management. My career has taken me through energy, mining, petrochemicals and infrastructure projects, and each one taught me that technology only creates value when it brings people, processes and information together. That lesson has shaped how I approach system execution, project delivery and governance, always with a focus on practical outcomes and measurable results. At ReVisionz, I am an Associate Partner and AIM Solutions Practice Area Lead. My work is focused on helping process industry companies manage complex information systems and adopt digital technologies that improve safety, reliability and performance. I lead the deployment and sustainment of Hexagon Smart applications, guiding how they are integrated and governed so they continue to serve long-term business goals. I began my career in piping and plant layout, and over time that foundation grew into a specialization in digital solutions and information management. I know Hexagon’s SmartPlant suite in depth, from Smart 3D to Smart Electrical and Smart P & ID. My focus has always been on making these tools work together so that data remains accurate, complete and ready to use not only across the EPC lifecycle, but also through operations and asset performance. I use this knowledge at ReVisionz to advance our mission of guiding clients toward operational excellence. By building strong digital foundations and embedding governance into both projects and operations, I help turn information into an asset that improves performance, strengthens compliance and opens the door to innovation.
