I am an experienced leader with excellent communication, analytical, facilitation and relationship management skills. I have extensive experience heading up operations teams; leading through change and uncertainty, managing and enhancing complex stakeholder relationships while actively managing business improvement projects. I was previously a fully qualified insurance broker with 4 years experience in managing diverse portfolios. I am experienced in managing people, processes, projects, change and teams to exceed expectations in a motivational and inspiring fashion. I have been a key contributor to the set up and establishment of new business units in a variety of companies and geographies. I have extensive skills and experience in mentoring and coaching others as well as designing and delivering training solutions. I am passionate about developing young people in the industry through my close involvement with Young Insurance Professionals of Australia & New Zealand. I am also invested in promoting inclusiveness in the work environment for all.
