I am a product and sales professional with 20+ years experience in conceptualizing, building and bringing new products to market. I have proven leadership abilities backed by broad business and technical skills. Over my career I have gained significant experience directing planning, strategy, people and projects including the execution of large-scale hardware and software projects across different verticals (Mobility/Telecommunications, Finance, Healthcare). During my professional career I have consistently managed and collaborated on multi-million dollar R&D budgets, successfully building programs driving upwards of $40M annually. Many of these products are still used today. Some accomplishments I am most proud of include: • Collaborating on NCR's CxBanking strategy and bringing our TxInfinity platform component to life, • Directing the engineering and marketing of a state of the art mobile call recording solution for some of the world's largest global banks (Nomura Bank, HSBC, Goldman Sachs etc.), • Successfully managing & growing my sales territory by 15% to over $5.2M in the cloud market which included selling SaaS along with rich medical content, • Building the ImageMark Transaction Manager payment process platform from less than $9M/yr to over $40M/yr; including driving the largest order secured by NCR Payments business unit in Asia Pacific (80% cheques processed in Australia).
